Privacy Policy

This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you may provide on the "UCanPay®" website at ucanpay.ca, the UCanPay mobile application, and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services") is collected, protected, and used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information.

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Antario Financial and Payment Services Inc. (“UCanPay®", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Automatic Collection of Information

When you use the Services, our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data may include information such as your device's IP address and location, device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, information you search when using the Services, access times and dates, and other statistics.

Collection of Personal Information

UCanPay® may collect personal information from users in a variety of ways when users access and use our Services. This may include, but is not limited to when users:

  • Create an account

  • Complete an application form

  • Send us documents

  • Fill any online forms when using the Services

The information may include:

  • Personal details such as name, country of residence, etc.

  • Contact information such as email address, address, etc.

  • Account details such as username, unique user ID, password, etc.

  • Geolocation data such as latitude and longitude

  • Any other materials you willingly submit to us such as articles, images, feedback, etc.

Use and Processing of Collected Information

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to:

  • Create and manage user accounts

  • Send administrative information

  • Respond to inquiries and offer support

  • Improve user experience

  • Enforce terms and conditions and policies

  • Protect from abuse and malicious users

  • Run and operate the Services

  • Complete purchases and service transactions with customers
